Xen virtualization is pretty awesome....but a few problems??

We are really enjoying using XenExpress on our new Dell PowerEdge 1950 Quad-core Xeon. It's extremely fast now with 4 virtual servers running on our Xen server. I am ready to plop down the $700.00 to purchase the XenEnterprise version, which will allow us to have unlimited VMs, but before I do,
